Wildfire (Internship)

A Python toolkit for analyzing and visualizing wildfire data from the Monitoring Trends in Burn Severity (MTBS) project. This toolkit uses GeoPandas, Matplotlib, and Plotly Dash to load MTBS fire data and produce regional histograms and choropleths of fire frequency and area burned at the state, county, or ecoregion level.

Hosted via JetStream2, and served via Nginx with a self-signed SSL certificate- which may cause browser warnings. These are safe to ignore until a proper domain URL is established.
